Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Customers book from a web link or by scanning a QR code. It opens on any phone, like a normal web page.
What equipment do I need?
A TV or screen for the waiting room, plus a small device to run it, and an internet connection. We help you choose and set it up.
What does it cost?
The pilot is free for 3 months. We will talk through pricing openly with you before the pilot ends, so there are no surprises.
Does it work in Malayalam?
The customer pages work in Malayalam and English. The voice call-out language depends on the screen device, and we will confirm it with you during setup.
How is customers' data handled?
We keep customers' personal details to a minimum. A full privacy notice will be published before the pilot starts.
